ENCUENTRO DE NAVIDAD :1>3 December 2023

An encuentro with early hours, and the scents of sharing, in "auberge espagnole" throughout the weekend.

The rest, invitations, registrations, confirmations, leader/follower balances, milongueros codes are kept.
I experimented the double role in a private event, and I propose it to you too. BUT, and yes there is a BUT, a big one ! When you choose to dance the other role, it's because you have the level to do it in an encuentro, AND that it's half the time.

Beverage and scnacks buffet :
Soft drinks are included.
Alcoholic drinks are extra.

Buffet in "auberge espagnole"
One week before the event, you will receive a form where you will choose a milonga for which you will bring food for about 6-8 people. Packets of chips and peanuts can be left at home!
It is best to bring ready-made food, but it is also possible to make a little preparation on the spot. Two large fridges are available to store food if you do not have a fridge in your accommodation.
An oven is also available to heat up pies, quiches ... BUT in case of hot weather, it is better not to use it.
The doors of the Cita are open from one hour before the first milonga.

The rules during the event are the milongueros codes.

REGISTRATION

The encuentro is SOLD OUT , so you will be on waiting list

Thanks to the registrations, I also guarantee you a parity leader / Follower
That's why I give priority to people registering as a couple.
Women and men registering alone are also welcome.
These registrations will be on a waiting list and will be released as and when a balance of leader / Follower is reached.
I reserve 10% of the places for solos.

PRICE AND CONDITIONS

Prices : 70€.
Non-alcoholic drinks available.
Alcoholic beverages at extra cost.
No pre-payment: payment on site in cash.
In case of cancellation after 1 June, the amount will be due by bank transfer.

CONDITIONS :
There is no prepayment.
You will pay your 70€ participation at your arrival.

*For cancellations before 15 october, no payment will be required by bank transfer.
*For cancellations between 1st november and 15th november, 50% of the amount will be requested by bank transfer.
If you are a couple, if one of you cancels, you will be asked to find a replacement, so as not to disturb the leader/follower balance. Otherwise, the cancellation will be for the couple.
*For any cancellation between the 16th of november and the event, the totality of the participation will be requested by bank transfer, If you are a couple, if one cancels, the couple's registration will be cancelled: no replacement possible.
